Rajasthan RPSC Recruitment Recruitment (Online Form) 2024

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has recently invited online applications for 200 posts of Assistant Professor. These posts are under the educational department of various universities in Rajasthan. Candidates who are eligible for this can apply online.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for this, you have to meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Educational Qualification: You should have a Master’s Degree from a recognized university in your subject, with at least 55% marks. You should have qualified UGC NET/JRF/SLET/SET or any other equivalent exam. You should also have teaching experience in the relevant subject.
• Age Limit: Your age should be between 21 and 40 years as of 01-07-2024. For age relaxation, you can check the official notification.
• Nationality: You should be an Indian citizen.

Selection Process

This recruitment process consists of two stages:

• Written Exam: This exam will be of objective type, with questions related to your subject. The exam will be of 3 hours duration, and will have a total of 150 questions, each worth 2 marks. There will be negative marking, and 1/3 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. You can download the syllabus of the exam from the official website.
• Interview: Candidates who qualify the written exam will be called for an interview. The interview will test your academic record, teaching experience, research work, personality, communication skills, etc. The interview will have a weightage of 24 marks.
