IBPS RRB XIII PO / MT Recruitment 2023 | IBPS PO XIII Final Result / Cutoff 2024 – The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released a notification for the common recruitment process for Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) for the recruitment of Probationary Officers/Management Trainees (PO/MT). This is the 13th edition of the IBPS RRB exam.

- Total Posts: 3049
- Posts: PO (Officer Scale I) and MT (Management Trainee)

Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit: 18-30 years as on 01-07-2023. Relaxation in upper age limit for reserved categories.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Application Process:
- Applications must be submitted online through the IBPS website.
- Candidates have to register themselves first to generate login credentials.
- Pay the application fee of Rs 850 for General/OBC/EWS candidates and Rs 175 for SC/ST/PWBD candidates.
- Upload scanned photograph, signature and other documents as per specifications.
- Print the final submitted application form.
Selection Process:
The selection process consists of:
- Preliminary Exam
- Mains Exam
- Interview
Exam Pattern:
- Prelims: Objective MCQs from Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General Awareness
- Mains: Objective MCQs from Reasoning, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, English/Hindi Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Banking Knowledge.
Salary Structure:
- The starting salary for an IBPS RRB PO / MT is Rs. 35,400/- per month.
- The salary will increase with the candidate’s experience.
- Other allowances and perks as per RRB rules and regulations.
