The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) has invited online applications for the post of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Grade ‘O’ and Junior Assistant Manager through 1-year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF). The online application process started on 22-11-2023 and ended on 06-12-2023.

The online examination for the JAM Grade ‘O’ post was held on 31-12-2023 and for the JAM by PGDBF post was held on 20-10-2023. The admit cards for the examination were available from 21-12-2023 on the official website of IDBI. The results of the online examination have been declared on 06-02-2024 and are also available on the official website of IDBI.

The candidates who have qualified the online examination will have to appear for a personal interview, where they can choose to answer the questions in Hindi or English. Salary and Job Profile

The selected candidates will be appointed as Junior Assistant Manager in IDBI Bank and will get a salary of Rs. 23,700 – Rs. 42,020 per month. The candidates who have applied for the JAM by PGDBF post will also have to undergo a 1-year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) course at Manipal Global Education Services Private Limited (MGES), Bengaluru or any other Institute of repute as decided by the Bank.
