Salary and Benefits for CIL MT Recruitment 2023

The candidates who are selected for CIL MT Recruitment 2023 will be appointed as Management Trainees in E2 grade in the pay scale of Rs.50,000 – Rs.1,60,000/- at the initial basic pay of Rs.50,000/- per month. They will also be entitled to other allowances and benefits such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Medical Facilities, Leave Travel Concession (LTC), Performance Related Pay (PRP), etc. as per company rules.

The selected candidates will undergo training for one year at various units/projects/offices of CIL. After successful completion of training, they will be confirmed in E3 grade in the pay scale of Rs.60,000 – Rs.1,80,000/- at the initial basic pay of Rs.60,000/- per month.
