The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has released a notification for the recruitment of Programmer Grade-II posts in the UP Police Department. The online application process will start from 07-01-2024 and will end on 28-01-2024. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of UPPRPB.

The candidates who have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and have experience in software development and programming languages can apply for this post. The selection process will consist of a written test and an interview. The written test will be conducted on a date that will be notified soon.

The admit card for the written test will be available on the official website before the exam date. The candidates who qualify the written test will be called for an interview. The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the written test and the interview.

The candidates who are selected will be appointed as Programmer Grade-II in the UP Police Department and will get a salary of Rs. 9300/- to Rs. 34800/- per month with a grade pay of Rs. 4600.
