The NIFT Entrance Examination 2023, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered by the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT).

NIFT is a premier institution under the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, that provides education and training in fashion and related fields. NIFT has 17 campuses across the country, offering courses in design, technology, management and communication.

The NIFT Entrance Examination 2023 consists of two stages: a computer-based test (CBT) and a situation test/group discussion/interview. The CBT is a common test for all the programmes, while the second stage is specific to the programme applied for. The CBT will be held on 05 February 2024 at various exam centres across the country.

The candidates can edit or update their application form online from 10 January 2024 to 12 January 2024. The admit card for the CBT will be available online from 04 February 2024. The candidates can download their admit card from the NTA website by entering their application number and date of birth. The admit card will contain the details of the exam city, centre, date and time.

The candidates are advised to read the prospectus 2 and the admission guidelines 1 carefully before applying for the NIFT Entrance Examination 2023. The candidates can also check the seat matrix 3, the previous year cut off ranks 4, and the sample question papers 5 for reference. How to Fill Out the NTA NIFT 2024 Admissions Online Form

  • The National Testing Agency (NTA) Conducts the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) UG/PG Courses Admission Test Examination 2024. Candidates can apply online between December 5th, 2023 and January 3rd, 2024.
  • Candidates should read the notification before applying to understand the admissions application requirements for NIFT’s latest admissions.
  • Please check that you have collected all required documents – proof of eligibility, ID, address details, basic personal details.
