UPSC EPFO PA Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
The selection process for UPSC EPFO PA Recruitment 2024 will consist of two stages: a written exam and a skill test. The written exam will be of objective type and will have 200 questions of 1 mark each. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours. The syllabus of the written exam will cover the following topics:
- General English
- Indian Freedom Struggle
- Current Events and Developmental Issues
- Indian Polity and Economy
- General Accounting Principles
- Industrial Relations and Labour Laws
- General Science and Knowledge of Computer Applications
- General Mental Ability and Quantitative Aptitude
- Social Security in India
The skill test will be of qualifying nature and will test the candidates’ speed and accuracy in stenography and typing. The candidates will have to transcribe a dictated passage of 10 minutes in English or Hindi on a computer. The speed of dictation will be 100 words per minute. The candidates will have to type at least 40 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi.
UPSC EPFO PA Recruitment 2024: Salary and Benefits
Candidates who will be selected for UPSC EPFO PA Recruitment 2024 will get a salary of Rs. 47,600/- per month, which corresponds to the Level-8 pay scale as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC).
