The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released the admit card for the Statistical Officer Exam 2023 on its official website. The candidates who have applied for the exam can download their admit card from the website rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in by entering their application number and date of birth.
The RPSC Statistical Officer Exam 2023 is scheduled to be held on 25 February 2024 at various centres across the state. The exam will be conducted in two sessions: morning session from 9 am to 12 pm and afternoon session from 2 pm to 5 pm.
The exam will consist of two papers: Paper I (General Knowledge and Statistics) and Paper II (Statistics). Each paper will have 100 objective type questions of 2 marks each. There will be negative marking of 0.33 marks for each wrong answer.
The candidates are advised to carry their admit card along with a valid photo identity proof to the exam centre. They should also follow the instructions and guidelines given on the admit card and the website regarding the exam. The candidates should reach the exam centre at least one hour before the commencement of the exam.
The RPSC Statistical Officer Recruitment 2023 was announced on 11 September 2023 for filling up 72 vacancies of Statistical Officer in the Planning Department of Rajasthan. The online application process was started on 15 September 2023 and ended on 14 October 2023.
The candidates who have a Master Degree in Economics/Statistics/Mathematics/Commerce/Agriculture Statistics and a RSCIT Course Certificate are eligible to apply for the post. The age limit for the post is 21 to 40 years as on 1 January 2024.
