Selection Process for HSSC Haryana Police Constable
Stage 1: Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
- Candidates measured for height and chest as per standards
- Qualifying candidates get 2.5% marks
Stage 2: Written Examination
- 90 marks exam with 100 objective questions
- Questions on general awareness, knowledge, reasoning, aptitude, numerical ability etc.
- Bilingual exam of 90 minutes duration
- No negative marking
Stage 3: Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- 2.5 km race for male candidates
- 1 km race for female candidates
- Complete within time limit to get 2 marks
Stage 4: Document Verification
- Verification of original documents and certificates
- Marks for socio-economic criteria and NCC certificate
Stage 5: Medical Examination
- Candidates undergo medical test for fitness and suitability
- Qualifying candidates proceed to final selection
