BHEL Recruitment 2022: Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the BHEL recruitment 2022, candidates must meet the following criteria:

For Engineer:

• Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in relevant discipline with minimum 65% marks.
• Age Limit: 27 years maximum as on 1st October 2022. Age relaxation applicable as per government rules.

For Executive Trainee:

• Educational Qualification: Full-time MBA or PG Diploma in Management with minimum 65% marks.

BHEL Recruitment 2022: Exam Pattern

The written exam for BHEL Engineer Trainee consists of the following sections:

• Subject/Discipline (50% weightage)
• Reasoning
• General Knowledge
• General English

1.) The exam duration is 150 minutes.
2.) For each wrong answer, 1/4th marks will be deducted.
3.) The candidates who qualify for the written exam will be eligible for the interview round.
4.) The final merit list will be based on 75% of the written exam marks and 25% of the interview marks.

BHEL Recruitment 2022: Pay Scale

The pay scale for BHEL recruitment 2022 is as follows:

• As per the 7th Pay Commission, BHEL Engineer Trainee will receive Rs.50,000 salary per month during the training period. After training, the BHEL Executive Engineer’s salary becomes nearly Rs.60,000 per month.
