Selection Process

The selection process for the IDBI Bank JAM post consists of two stages:

• Online Test: The online test will be of 200 marks and will have four sections: Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness. The duration of the test will be 120 minutes. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. You have to qualify in each section and obtain a minimum cut-off score to be shortlisted for the next stage.
• Interview: The candidates who clear the online test will be called for an interview. The interview will be of 100 marks and will assess your personality, communication skills, and suitability for the post. The final merit list will be prepared based on the aggregate marks obtained in the online test and the interview.
