Indian Army SSC Technical October Recruitment (Online Form) 2024

The SSC Technical 2024 course will commence in October 2024 at the Officers Training Academy (OTA) in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The online application process started on 23rd January 2024 and will end on 21st February 2024. The total number of vacancies is 381 of which 350 are for men, 29 are for women and 2 are for widows of defence personnel who died in harness.

The SSC Technical 2024 course is open to unmarried male and unmarried female candidates as well as widows of defence personnel who died in service. The candidates should be aged between 20 to 27 years as on 01 Apr 2024 and should hold an engineering degree or be in the final year of their engineering studies. The candidates will be selected based on their academic performance, shortlisting of applications and SSB interview. The selected candidates will undergo 49 weeks of training at OTA and will be granted SSC for 14 years.
