There are a total of 1,70,461 posts available as per advertisement number 26/2023.

The eligibility criteria for the Bihar Teacher Vacancy 2023 vary depending on the level of teaching position you are applying for. According to the BPSC, different eligibility criteria have been specified for Primary, Secondary, and Senior Secondary levels.

For the Primary Teacher position, candidates must have passed 12th class with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)/4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)/2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
